Suppressors made in-house in Van Horn, Texas, by a licensed manufacturer with Special Occupational Tax status. Buy on a standard Form 4473, or register it on an ATF Form 4 if you prefer.
Two ways to buy
How suppressor transfers work now
Since ATF’s October 9, 2026 open letter, a suppressor can transfer like any other firearm. Registering it on a Form 4 is now your choice.
Standard
Form 4473
- Background check (NICS), same as buying a handgun
- No tax stamp, no fingerprints, no months-long wait
- Pick up in Van Horn, or we ship to your local FFL
- 21 or older; suppressors must be legal in your state
Transfer fee: $30
Optional
ATF Form 4 (NFA registration)
- Your suppressor is registered in the NFA registry ($0 tax)
- Fingerprints and a passport-style photo; we hold it until ATF approves
- Texas residents: pick up in Van Horn or have it shipped home after approval
- Out of state: we send it to your SOT dealer on a tax-free Form 3
Transfer fee: $45
ATF’s change is an enforcement policy, not a change in the law, and some states still reference NFA registration in their own laws. Check your state and local laws, or ask us.
