Returns & Refunds
Our return, refund and warranty terms for products and services.

Firearms and suppressors
- All sales are final once a firearm or suppressor has been transferred to you (or to your dealer). Please inspect the item before you complete the Form 4473.
- You may cancel before the item ships or is transferred for a full refund.
- If a background check is denied, or you’re otherwise not eligible to receive the item, we’ll refund the purchase price minus the applicable transfer fee ($30 on a Form 4473, $45 on a Form 4).
- If ATF disapproves a Form 4, we’ll refund the purchase price minus the $45 transfer fee, or help you complete the transfer on a Form 4473 instead if you’re eligible.
Products we manufacture
If a High Desert Armory product has a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us within 30 days of transfer. We’ll inspect it and repair or replace it at our option. This doesn’t cover damage from misuse, improper mounting, unapproved ammunition or calibers, or normal wear.
Parts and accessories
Unused, non-regulated parts and accessories in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is your responsibility unless we sent the wrong or a defective item.
Custom work and services
- Custom builds, Cerakote, engraving and gunsmithing are made to order. Once work has started, deposits and completed work are non-refundable.
- If something isn’t right with our work, tell us before you take the firearm home, or within 7 days, and we’ll make it right.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
