What information we collect, how we use it and how we protect it.

High Desert Armory (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through highdesert-armory.com, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Contact and service requests: your name, email, phone and the details you send us.
- Orders: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone, and the items you buy. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we don’t store your full card number.
- Firearm transfers: your date of birth, your eligibility certification, how you’ll receive the item, your FFL dealer’s details, and for Form 4 orders, whether you’re registering as an individual, trust or company.
- Cookies: a cookie that remembers you confirmed you’re 18 or older, and cookies our store uses to run your cart and checkout. We don’t sell your information or use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To answer questions, schedule appointments and complete your orders and transfers.
- To meet our legal obligations as a federally licensed firearms dealer and manufacturer, including ATF record-keeping and background-check requirements.
- To send order updates. We’ll only send marketing emails if you ask for them.
Who we share it with
- Our payment processor and shipping carriers, as needed to complete your order.
- Your receiving FFL or SOT dealer, when you choose to ship to one.
- ATF, the FBI’s NICS system and other government agencies, when required by law (for example, Form 4473 records and NFA applications).
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
Federal law requires us to keep firearm transaction records, including Forms 4473 and acquisition and disposition records, for as long as we’re in business, and to turn them over to ATF if we close. Other order and contact records are kept as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our site. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think your information has been misused.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. We can’t delete records we’re legally required to keep.
Children
This site is intended for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
